Description
Offered here for your consideration is avery fine set of 19th Century French sterling silver demitasse spoons.
Comprised of 10 spoons with etched decoration, openwork handles, and gilding to the bowls. Each is struck with a BG and chalice maker's mark for Francois-Auguste Boyer-Callot and struck with the 1st standard Minerva French hallmark for .950 silver fineness. Simply a fine set of antique French silver demitasse spoons. Perfect for the sophisticated cake and coffee!
This set dates to the mid 19th century.
It is in overall good, as-pictured used estate condition with
some very light rubbing to the gold, light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
